    I played more than 15 rounds of TA and still nothing.

    On the backpage , try to go to the shop , it might appear there ( it appeared for me ) .

    ҒůǚŁﾓŁıŤﾓ, The appearance of the design offer does appear to be random. You can keep trying TA to see if the offer appears, and if you feel there is a technical issue, you can write Support and see if they can locate any issues.
