[GI] Laser damage rate.

Hello,
Not so recently I bought the aegis ship. I will get straight to the point by saying that I "shoot" less frequently while I am on the aegis or with other words my damage rate is slow. I was playing on my goli all this time so my eyes and ears got used to the visual effects and sounds while I am shooting. I am not sure if this is just a visual bug or not. Does this happen to you too guys?

 

Did you mean that when you are on your aegis, your laser fire rate is slower than usual? Did you try on other ships except goli which you already did?

 

canismajory, It is likely just visual as damage is calculated per second and not per visual laser shot. The animations of the lasers do not necessarily match up with the timing of the damage display.

Okay I belive that its just a visual bug but how do I fix it? Now that I am thinking I had this kind of visual bug back when I was using the liberator ship but I don't remember how I fixed this.

 

By the way, I can't choose between a goli and an aegis. I have soloed uber kristalons with my goli (took some time but i did it), I am not sure if the aegis is better for NPC farming. Survivability is nice but the lack of damage makes the aegis a bit slower in NPC killing. There are a lot of UFE players out there who have used both of these ships for some time now, so tell me, from your expirience, which is preferable for NPC killing (not neseserily in a group, I mostly play alone).
