[GI] Laser hit point variations

  1. Hi all.
    I have been experimenting with my lasers LF4s level 16 on all lasers
    Using Promerium, LCB-10s - PLT-2026 - ECO-10 rockets along with a 10% damage booster and precision targeter.
    Should there be variations of up to and over 1000 hit points??
    I realize that when the rocket launcher is active there is that variation.

    The laser damage varies a lot. I shoot on average Promerium on x4 about 60k, sometimes it goes to 64 or even 68k but sometimes they even go to 53 and 57k. Not using any of the unstable LF-4's.
     
  3. I think the variation is between 75-100% of maximum damage
     
  4. The reason for the fluctuation is, that like the rockets that "miss", the laser cannons can, individually, "miss' causing the damage to not be seen. Another reason for the discrepancy, in PvP, is Pilot Bio (Skill Tree) of the attacked.
