  1. indexinternal.es’s server DNS address could not be found. this is the massage i get when i try to logon with my main account but for some reason i manage to login on this account. any ideas why?

    I get this report back from Firefox .. The owner of index.es has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website. When Firefox connects to a secure website (the URL begins with "https://"), it must verify that the certificate presented by the website is valid and that the encryption is strong enough to adequately protect your privacy. If the certificate cannot be validated or if the encryption is not strong enough, Firefox will stop the connection to the website and instead show an error page: and I use Firefox ....     Server merges may have the affected servers offline for up to 40 hours. Please keep this in mind when trying to access any of the servers as the merges

  6. You cant connect because its not a domain, nor its registered. Something bad happened DO developers at the backend side of their code, so its broken redirects.

    Firefox can't know that, just it's typical response. Nothing of that is truth.

    IntexInternal is a php page that renders a template, so when you login the redirection redirects you like to another domain, so the problem is in redirection.

    My uncle and cousin cannot get into Global America 2 or 3; something about server not found.
    However, I can get to Global America 2 (at least so far, no problem).
    They are blocked.

    Maybe should not have the login automatically trying to connect to any server, just a server selection window.
    That way, anyone who has more than one server in use can still access one of them and not be blocked from all due to a snag on one. :rolleyes:

    I can get in my main account this one but my noob account i am working on i can't. Any ideas y i can access 1 account but not the other both r usa east 1 accounts. i may have login to another server to check for an upcoming mega or event at 1 time or another could this effect an account?

    FYI The owner of index.es had an expired Security Certificate ... the Advanced settings in Firefox allows a user to change his/her settings to either accept the risk of [No Security] after viewing the Certificate. and besides 6:16 AM] Baracus: @everyone We are working on an issue that is blocking logins and messaging for some players. There seems to be something causing affected accounts to be redirected to the wrong URL after trying to login. Our tech team is on it, and will have it fixed asap.

    8:17 AM] Baracus: @everyone The login issues that some of you were experiencing have been fixed and you can now log into your account as you normally would. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Happy gaming!

    the issue appears to be resolved, i too had this issue this morning, but after waiting (not actively obviously) a few hours, it seems to have been fixed.

    Good job on fixing the issue
