[GI] Logout not Possible

    Hi, I just tried jumping from 3-3 to 3-4...The port changed to the swirling blue image, like usually. But it stay that way. I tried to logout and it keeps saying "Logout not Possible" every single time I hit the logout button. I have refreshed the game page 3 times, and everytime the same issue. I can't use jump portals, I can only fly around. I completely restarted my browser, and logged back into dark orbit but this same issue still persists.

    Has anyone else had this issue before? If so how did you fix it?

    P.S. I also cleared my cache and restarted my laptop.

    There is another person who posted >here< post #13, about the issue. They found using another computer to log in to the game cleared the issue. Might try another browser to see if it breaks this accused cheat.

    Sorry to hear that you face difficulties in the game, I do have similar problem when I can't jump to thought port and log out, only waiting for automatic log out helps. If you experience the issue often, please contact support via ticket, explaining what happened, exact time when did it happen and your in-game details, this will help tech team to understand the problem and prevent it from happening again.
