As a beginner to the game, I expect to get killed on occasion and so far I haven't been killed but maybe a dozen times. I've noticed the last 3 or 4 times I've been killed by other players (I don't think I've been killed by aliens, except maybe once), I've lost massive amounts of Honor Points, I'm pretty sure at one point, I had a bunch of them, but now with just a week or so of playing, I'm at negative 422,000 Honor points.

How did that happen and how can I recover from that??

  2. if you take cargo that's not yours from a company member you lose honor from that it might be whats happening look in settings and under interface make sure that (show cargo boxes that are not free) is not checked hope this helps

  3. you dont lose honor points when you get killed though by enemy or npc, that is what I know.

  4. yeah every time take a cargo box, from a company member, you lose honer, and that will double up every time you do it the same day
so first box is maybe -100 the next you take is -200 and so go on..

  5. In your settings, uncheck the item that says 'Show cargo boxes that are not free' - This should help eliminate some of the deductions.

Check your logbook as well, this should tell you if you have received negative honor for stolen cargo or own company kill's. you will need to resolve this ASAP because you will end up with a target and need to do a special mission to regain honor plus you will be shot at by your own company because there is no negative honor for shooting a player with a target and a lot of players will take advantage of it.

Tnetcenter, Here is a good place to start regarding Honor. Honor FAQ. You can find a lot of information on the subject there, and how to remove a deficit in honor.
Do you have any further questions on this topic or may we close?
