[GI] lost 2 chance of kappa gate due to lag

    hey, i lost 2 chances of kappa gate due to very bad lag i have my last chance but i need my 2 chances back can i get that back please kindly return my chances back .............thankyou

    Hi $aqib,

    Unfortunately we are no longer able to deal with any requests regarding galaxy gates here in the forums. You will need to contact support, however please be aware that support do not usually return individual lives. Support however are known for resetting gates therefore you are probably best attempting your gate, and should you lose your last life, contact support and ask them for a gate reset.
