[GI] lost items

    i kinda lost 90% of my urid items it was left at on a smaler ship configuration and i sold it is there a way to get it back? i kinda msg suport but still no reply after 24h how lost doz take to get a reply?

    Unless you explicitly sell an item, you'll still have it. Try reloading the hangar page and going through all of your Hangars, as you can only have an item equipped on one Hangar at a time. If you've got it equipped in Hangar 1, then when you're looking at Hangar 2 it won't show up.

    Not sure if this is the issue you're having, but it sounds kinda like it.

    since you already contacted support i suggest waiting or clear your cache restart your pc etc. also check your other hangars for the equipment
