[GI] Massive jump in rank points needed forCheif captain??

    Hi guys. I finally made it to the 256,000 rank points needed to get me to Cheif captain the other day, had the title for about a day and now it's jumped upto 309,000-356,000. Is this normal for it to jump so much. I'm assuming it had something to do with the massive amount of rank points people gained from the Halloween event. I took part in the event and completed 3 TT gates. But doesn't seem to of helped me that much. I'm sure I saw the other day that basic captain was only 10,000 pnts below me. I am now 275,000 pnts.     The TT gate wasn't particularly good for rank points, the standard gates are much better. It is normal for it to jump like that when ppl are moving company or bashing gates :)

    Thank you RankMeansNothing for assisting with this thread.

    The rank depends on lot of factor i.e you should be putting lot of points in terms of farming, hunting or doing gates and also participating in events and if the person who is below your rank is farming, doing gates and hunting daily then he is bound to pass you in ranks, if you want to play the game for ranks then you should put points daily to catch up with others or maintain your position in ranking. Also badge rank is calculated daily and if some people switch companies and join your company then your rank would be affected if they are higher ranked as compared to you.
