[GI] Maybe after all these new upgrades It's time to fix the auctio.

    I think the auction needs some help. It's always the same it takes like 20 secounds to place a bid. Then it never tells you when you have been over bid till you get the email after the auction is over. I mean I'll have 6 bids up and as far as the auction goes I have never been over bid. I can still bid and when it refreshes for the new bid nothing changes. They brag about it on the front page. Hate to inform DO auction upgrade was a bust. Way to slow to work sufficiently.

    For me it takes around 10 seconds to refresh and place new bid. There is an option that you get instant message when you are overbidded.

    Click the box at bottom to receive instant message about the status of your bid.
    But I do agree with you, the bid system is very slow. Be sure to refresh Auction often.

    personally i believe everything in the DO page is slow.. every time you press on something it will reload the whole site.. even when you press ok in the calendar and staff like that..

    What i want to say is that it would be LOT better if everything was in the SAME page, and not having to REload the site every time you press on something :)) (including the shop, the hangars, the equipment, everything..)

    Oh please don't say same page. They are already putting hangers, and upgrades in the game page, in the near future, despite repeated complaints about its functionality. It will only have the shop, and auction right behind it. If they can fix the issues that came up during the test server run, I suppose it would not be too bad but the time it takes to configure the ship, or reconfigure it is a major downer for me, not to mention the upgrades... Keep it all on the back page. At least there you can normally get in and do stuff, unlike the game page that takes some players hours just to get in.

    Have no clue on the mechanics. Just know that when it comes to the final two min. you don't want to kill 30 seconds on a refresh. It just seams that it should update the auction board as fast as the bid changes not after the auction. I also know this isn't Ebay. lol
