[GI] Merge Problems

    Since there have been son many varied problems with the merges from Inventory and Tag
    problems and various other problems cropping up Merges should be postponed until
    these problems are fixed and further testing is done, and fixes have been performed, because
    these are not just random problems cropping up, some of these problems were known about
    prior to the merges.
