Bug [GI] Message system bug

    This appears when ever trying to message anybody who is not in my clan or on my contacts, but I have not messaged anybody who was not in either category so we have a small bug here.

    Regrettably this has been happening for a long time, over 2 years. I actually found that I could not message anyone who had not been "friended" or part of my clan (when I was clanned). It has never had anything to do with your level or the reason for contacting them. I even found it difficult to communicate to Clan Leaders when a problem was seen with one of their members.

    I can understand the limitations being applied but then there has to be the ability to communicate to none friends/clan members. I reported it to Support and got the normal reply that they have NO CONTROL over these items/issues.
