[GI] missing cbs modules

  1. ive contacted support 3 or 4 times in the last 3 or 4 months bout my lvl 16 hull and deflector modules, whats goin on? if u arnt giving them back to me i quit

The last OFFICIAL information on this subject was seen >HERE< there was a thread made where we were told that those who had not received the modules needed to contact Support to get them to look into why it did not work for your account. Sounds like it was more of a failure than a success as I have seen just as many complain about them not being returned as before the script was run.

    When was the last time you contacted Support on the issue (before or after the 3rd of August). You might get faster response from the DISCORD Chat (assuming they are allowed to answer, by the NEW Management, considering my questions could not be addressed there) but you can actually message directly to the Team.

    Good luck on getting your modules returned.

    same boat ...forums say contact support....supports say to watch the forums....grrr!!!!

  5. I have contacted support many times and they say they tried to give them back but it failed now we have to wait again to see what they are gonna do. And believe me we are all getting frustrated with the way this has been handled by support. Try and enjoy and hopefully they will get it sorted out.

    getting the feeling the missing modules have been put in a cold case file and locked away hoping we will forget ...NO! we will not forget!!!
     
  7. can i ask how long to leave it before i contact support againg about this? been 3 or 4 months since i lost mods and 1 month since my last message to support. @support

    Unfortunately there is very little that we here in forums can do to return those items to you.

    As you are all aware, you will have to continue to deal with support and be patient.
    I know it does get frustrating but they are working to resolve many in game issue.

    heres what we get from support paraphrased,,,,ticket closed. answer rejected.
    as I have been a pay to player since 2009 my only recourse is not to pay anything more until this is resolved, not a rant just a fact

    new ticket started...paraphrased answer..".I am sorry, support does not have any control over game issues". nuff said
