[GI] My account got reset

SO my prob is that i logged in to my account and it was there i was lvl7 and just bought goliath. I had rep-3 and other stuff then i logged out... changed language and logged back in. After it logged in i had to start my game again... So is this bug or something. Pls fix i took long time to get stuff and i think im gonna quit if i have to start again. And i used money to this game so it sucks even more

 

Umm, you are still lvl7 on the original server...go back to it...

 

When you log in to the game, go to top left corner and click the Earth icon, which opens server list. You should see a highlighted server besides that one where you're currently logged in. There is your original account.

 

Any time you start on a NEW SERVER you start as a NEW player. Your account does not travel with the server change.

 

Just be sure that when you changed the language you didn't also change the server. Sounds like the problem. Your lvl 7 and all it's stuff will still be there but you need to go to your original server.

Thank you everybody for participation in the thread. Make sure you log into right server, you can find the shortcut in url tab just before "[SERVER TAG].darkorbit.com" logging to new servers will create your server account from scratch and you will start as everybody else.

Do OP have any further questions in this matter or shall we lock the thread?

Perhaps a Mod or Admin could go further in helping this player by simply asking for their User ID and actually putting them back to where they supposed to be. It's really not that hard to put forth a bit more effort as a "Team" member

You need to remember that not everyone is able to figure this all out. This server and game stuff can be quite confusing to novice Dark Orbit players.

Always good to see mediocre efforts around here.

Yea, when I started again I noticed how complicated DO stuff might be and how much stuff they don't introduce which is very handy.

 

Firstly if you are on my server I'm happy to help you gain equipment when you are at somewhat self offident.

Secondly, make sure you are on the correct server. If the serrver is correct and your equipment or ships is still missing please contact support as they can most likely help with your situation.
