[GI] my dmg is off...

    I have noticed that my dmg is lower than it should be for my set up. 12 lvl 16 LF4's on lvl 16 drones with herc's and 15 lvl 16 lf4s on ship, single boosted and sep on lazers im hitting 38k to 44k with x4's. i have tried changing ship designs and it seems to make no change at all, not even target guidance helps. can anyone help with this please?
