  1. hi dear admins,

    my main account currently suspended about 2 weeks ago. when i contact with support they said when we heard back your account status and the ban we will let you know. and they told me please dont create anymore tickets but they allready closed all tickets which is they helped me with. now i want an answer about my account under what grounds is it been reviewed and how long is the current suspension. they didnt get back to me almost 3 weeks now. what i must to do? thanks

    Hello,

    It's possible they haven't heard back yet themselves if your account required further review. There's only so much they can do in those cases (generally just bumping the issue), especially as such cases requiring such a review are more severe as to require it in the first place.

    They will get back to you. I know the wait is less than ideal at times, but please bear with them.
