[GI] no cold gate

Have you accepted the related quest(s)? The gate/breach will not appear in your x-4 until you have either quest running - "The Great Escape"

I did not do Cold Wave last year, I have the missions on, aborted and restarted it, re-logged, all the simple things I've tried.

Any ideas to why my gate is missing?

 

OKay, So I have tried and tried and tried. I have cancelled quest, accepted quest, cancelled quest. I still do not have the cold wave to complete. Any idea on when this will be fixed? Thanks

You completed the Hard gate on Dec 2, 2016, the easy gate was completed last year & that you should be able to do now by accepting the easy quest.

You completed the easy gate this year, Dec 8th, so only the hard gate/quest would remain available for you to access & complete now.

 

I still have the mission, did I still get the reward?

 

If you did the gate without the quest then no, you wouldn't have gotten the quest reward.

Our system shows you have both an easy & hard gate available & prepared. Accepting either quest should make the gate appear
