[GI] No Indepence design?

So Im Guessing that we wont get to buy the independence design right?

 

Certainly dosen't seem like it, especially because of the new assembly designs that can be bought just the same as independence normally can.

I can't quite see why independence hasn't been released, yet these new designs have been.

It is like all the other bugs in the game, they will get a-round-to-it when they decide they want to. PvP quests is a simple definition script that needs added to help define the qualifying ships for the kills, videos not working (remove the videos until fixed), CBS's failing to return modules remove CBS's from game until fixed, chat not working (return to stable version and fix issues with the unstable). All simple solutions but as it goes against the forward motion of the game they prefer to have us complain and not play the game than to correct the issues created.

Funny we have to deal with so many different forms of communication to see what is being done in the background (Twitch for update information, Discord for Fix information, Facebook and Forums for general community input, Support for the benefit of being told they are working on the problem) of this game. I remember when if you wanted information of what was happening with something in the game you would be able to read about it in the Headquarters section of the Forums, now you have to question what it is and hope to get an answer before it has ended.

The Independence design was confirmed that it was supposed to be available on the 4th of July but for whatever reason it was not and was being looked into and yet we never heard anything back from the initial "we are looking into it" notice.
