[GI] No more seprom on lasers?

I can't seem to be able to put any seprom on my lasers, is that a bug or some change in the game itself?

If so, why?

 

Part of an update with the Blacklight Surge; you can no longer put in more than 1,000,000 rounds of Sep'd lasers and rockets.

 

Can you explain it further? are you trying to put 1m rounds of sep on your lasers? or you can't literally put sep even if the amount is just atleast 5,000 sep?

 

i see, but WHY change the old system? it was great, we were rewarded for just farming in the palladium fields by raking up vast amounts of seprom ammo, usually a change is made because of a bad effect it had...but what is the downside to the previous system? i needs to kno

 

i have like 8mil seprom ammo, but in my greed i wanted more

 

You can't have more than 1 million anymore, the change was due to users using bugs and getting multiple billions of seprom on their lasers.

Having multiple billions of Seprom is way to much of an advantage against people who play fair and dont have unlimited Seprom so they just put a limit to it. At the same time they released the BL quests which require u to upgrade your lasers with promerium to finish the quest (which by the way gives a free Prometheus Laser).

All of these steps were to restore faireplay. Whether or not it worked as intended or if it's just an annoyance is another question tho.

 

Fairplay is a farfetched reality of what the game has become till this day.

Even though i'm not happy with the decision to change the seprom ammo amount, i must say i have no more questions regarding this, well, other than maybe who complained about the old system?

 

No one complained, its just bigpoint wanting us to buy even seprom. Its sad what they do for money.

 

Actually they did complain. Just no counter action was done.
