[GI] No rewards

I have noticed that many NPC's will not yield any type of cargo box or assembly parts. Is this figured into the general odds or is this a glitch?
Under normal circumstances all NPC's release a cargo box when destroyed . Recently this has not been the case

 

Its a known glitch since assembly started.

 

Some times the NPCs don't drop anything - just a blank space where they used to be

 

if ur pet shoot first on the npc it wil not show any assemble res put ur laser off the pet and use it as locator or kami

 

I don't use a PET I shoot down every red dot that comes me way including the EIC and VRU that traverses me map

 

I have just spent an hour with my pet doing all the NPCs in x-3 including Boss Devos (was a nice PET before this Event ) and not got a single resource and got around 10% with no drop at all:

I will now do an hour without pet and see but even though the drop rate is not good enough I might have expected to get 2-3 from the PET as it killed 50+ will EDIT later...

QED I have dropped the pet altogether for 10 minutes so far and got no cargo loss and 10 sCRAP and a couple Plasmide EDIT2 definitly the pet causing all the problems after an hour without... wonder what they can offer as comp for this... maybe a cosmetic
so without the salvage protocol and etc and this my PET is next to worthless... SO SAD RIP my pet that I have spent sooo much time to create

@theOtherKey try one more test for me. Use the PET with Auto-LOOTER and see if you get the same results. I have received NO Plasmide no matter how many Dev's, Boss Dev's, Sib's, or Boss Sib's I have killed.

 

I have collected all the new raws from my soloship kills without loss of cargo that I might have collected if I wanted to autorefine and if I set the pet to Loot then I would be back with just ship kills which is what I just did... Do you really think that I didnt watch to see what my pet was collecting before today to see what it collected...

I have already said in this, or another thread, that there is an approx 10% dropout from Pet collections... and I was shooting and wasting xeno to refine as I go... I am sorry HMHY but I dont feel there is much more that I can say and wasting my time is fine if I feel there is an end-goal... until I hear from up above that they are making progress I am not happy.. please excuse me for being abrupt..

 

I was not saying any of this. I use my PET for Looting and Kami ONLY and have, like I said, not seen any Plasmide for all the NPC's I have killed. I have become so frustrated as I am still experiencing the FREEZE/LAG after playing for 45 minutes that I have given up playing in the maps. I am hoping that D O will FIX their problems and I can enjoy the game again but am beginning to see this is a FOOLS HOPE.

They have placed the PET stuff on spot sale hoping to steal more money (whether real or game) from the players for stuff that does not work, they continue to allow CBS Modules to be lost instead of turning the CBS Building OFF until they get the problem resolved, When I tried to make a thread where a person could see Everything that has been reported and make updates to they closed it as COMMON QUESTIONS/KNOWN ISSUES so I see they prefer to have NEW threads of OLD issues keep popping up.

For the Second intergalactic Ship Expo running from Wednesday, the 25 th of May at the time of the release, to Tuesday, the 5 th of June, 23:59 LST numerous ship manufacturers have prepared a slew of excitement. So when were they going to start this as it is 10am on us3 and there are no NEW missions there yet. But then when the PET is not functioning, you can't have the AJP-01 equipped, you can't build CBS's, your Drone Formations change every time you jump or login, you lose connection during a battle, why does anyone even bother to spend money on this game? Oh and don't forget you are going to lose your Multiple Ships as you are only allowed ONE ship of any type, but you can now own 50 different Ships as ALL STAT Designs are now Ships (FAQ posted but no Dates listed) and too many questions are "Wait and See" answers when asked because no one cares enough to give a proper answer.

 

I am getting frustrated too after 6 years... but you have been watching multiple thread and know this... I am seeing the end of the tether in the distance but still want to try do my best to help... I will not do the task of paid employees more than I already have...

 

its suppose that if u un-equip the advanced jump cpu it will reduce the lag but even that u will have a lot of lag, i really lost the interest in this game since assembly came out.

totally agree with u, they shouldn't be selling pet stuff when there are so many bugs with it but the users shouldn't buy them either; also i think the CBS should be deactivate or at least a post by mods advising everyone to no use the CBS till they fix it.

i'm really hating this thing about events coming up but when i log in excited to see what's new? there is nothing, i got frustrated and angry, i just came earlier to home, i make homeworks as fast as i can to come to see nothing :/

i really hate that wait and see phrase, but i would prefer something like "is going to happening this week" or "it's a surprise!" even the "we don't know" rather than "wait and see"

 

I have noticed that I do receive rewards with PET on auto looter . That's why I use it , so I don't have to take any unnecessary damage trying to retrieve boxes or parts. feedback helped . TY

 

Still not dropping cargo or anything this seams to happen to about 1/3 of the npc's i shoot. Then there is that lag that shows up a few times and hour that leaves you frozen on screen. I has got a little better then when they first started the assemble but still not back to the way it was. Still changes my drone formation everytime i go to back pages, logs me out after 1 min while on back pages. Was hoping it would get back to normal after the event but don't think so that worthless assemble is staying. The reason I called it worthless is: the drop rate is to low, the lag it has introduced to the 3-d server which i have never seen sense they starting it. The fact that the issues that came with it are still here and seam to be staying " still not fixed" If you've played awhile you know thats the way they will leave it. Then we can't forget the items that will you will be able to make after the event.
Which recipes will be available after the event?
Of course the Assembly is not a one-off event. The main feature will remain in the game and the following recipes will be available permanently:

• 1x AJP-01 Advanced Jump CPU
• 1x EMP-01 Mine
• 1x Goliath Bastion Design (once)
• 1x HST-2 Hellstorm Rocket Launcher (once)
• 1000x MCB-50
• 1x REP-4 Repair Robot 4
• 1x SO4-CPU Slot Extender 4
• nothing you can't buy in the auction a hell of a lot cheaper and with hardly any effort at all. So by all means the problems introduced when this new toy was added is not worth the results. Thats my two cents.

 

These 2 items are the only 2 that are worth anything and the first is not available anywhere except in Shop during Special Sales times (after HH or MHH) so these 2 are the only benefit to anyone, everything else in the list can be received from Auction for less than a million credits (at the right time) and most can be won for 10K just depending on how many people want the item at that time, The SO-4 is the one item most difficult to win as people buy it to sell for 1.25 million credits and would be the exception if wanted a guarantee win you would bid 1,241,000 and usually stop the bidding war as there is no value to the reseller who is bidding on them.

I agree the A.S. is a poorly thought out and implemented addition to the game. It should have been designed so we could Craft Elite Equipment or Designs and have the ability to Craft the ELUSIVE UFE items with Recipes found in Game or given as a reward for completing a Quest but to make a person play 10 hours a day to collect enough items to be able to Craft an Item is just ludicrous and is the reason so many people have lost interest in the game and this addition.
