[GI] Not loading

After the April fools thing iv not been able to load up the game I just get a black screen and and then the link goes dead still works on my windows lappy but wont work with linx Ubuntu going throw Firefox anyone got a clue? thanks

 

Have you tried to clear your cache as this helps in most cases.

For windows if you have CCleaner run the cleaner and when completed open your browser and search for Adobe flash manager and delete all web sites to clear your flash cache, if you use chrome open your browser at the top right corner click on the 3 horizontal bars select settings then history and clear all history this will clear both flash player and browser cache. For linux you will need to clear your cache via your browser settings.

 

sorry I haven’t been on been busy and didnt have time to deal with this problem but yep done all that before posting everything else works back page action pay tabs gates all load everything normal flash all that up to date it just wont load the game play tab it connects loads a black screen then the link goes dead i have nothing blocking it from loading just kills the link nets running slow atm due to work on the lines so im only getting 15mb but thats more then enough this is happening with Linux any clues

 

D O is having issues with some servers and yours might be one of them. Find some of the "server down" threads and do the trace as suggested and post it in here along with your server so that the mods might be able to check it out for you. However, with 15mb internet you may find it to be very laggy.

This tells the techs where you lost the connection and when a MOD sends it to them they can see what caused it. But maybe they will be deploying a fix to the problem tomorrow when they purposely take the servers down as stated in the Head Quarters Section this morning.
