[GI] not received gate ring for epsilon

I've completed every gate at least once for kronos and i have never received my ring in the top left corner which i thought was epsilon??

 

They do not specify which ring spot is which in the FAQ, but the only gates that do not give Ring are Hades, Kappa, Kuiper, Lambda, and Kronos (which gives Crown). Since you need to do Epsilon at least twice (doing on Kronos days), I would run it again. The ones you hope it is not are Gamma, Delta, or Zeta as these are Once and Done Gates for Kronos.

Delta is top center ring I know for sure as I have never run it on any of my accounts and they are all missing this ring, but then when checking the FAQ it does not specify that it gives a ring. My US3 account seems to be missing 2 rings as I have not run Delta, Kappa (no ring) and Lambda (no ring) but only show 3 rings, I am missing the center (both) and bottom right.

So they obviously have an issue with the displaying of the Gates completed in the client.

Screenshot your ship showing your rings, complete the Gate, if it says ring issued, screenshot the logbook showing that and then another of the ship showing the ring was not issued. These would need to be sent to SUPPORT via the ticket process and responding to the automated response from the creation of the ticket. I can't believe in the years of this game being running they have never fixed it so we can upload screenshots in the original ticket.

I just remembered they gave us a FREE Kronos Gate Part for completing the Birthday Gate Last year and this may be what is making you think you have already done the gate. This account (US3) was the only account I have that received 2 parts for doing both Gates (easy and hard).
