    first thing was been asking for my account back which was banned due to been stolen and not returned to me and they come up with the excuse that it has not been added to the merge,
    secondly died 3 times in epsilon due to lag so why should i bother paying money into a game which lags protects bots and takes accounts off you after putting money onto it....NO MORE

    I can't assist you here as - in future if you die in gates due to lag you can send ticket to game support and they will investigate it and take further actions.
