[GI] not sure what to do

so today i tried to log into my accout and i was unable to log into it.
the first thought that popped into my mind was maybe the antivirus was blocking it or something....that was not it.
second thought was maybe i was hacked...so i changed my password and everythign worked out smoothly. i got the emails that i wanted to change it and i changed it and got the verification email to verify that i changed it.

tried to log on and still nothing...

so i made a new account and joined my clan that the account was in and the account was still there but it was missing experience points....1 billion experience points. thats alot for a person whose ep was just reaching 3 bill.

so i contacted support to let them know about the situation but i also told them that i did not know my user ID number because i could not log into the account and i did not think to store the information on my computer. i did however tell them that i could provide them with transaction information from buying uri and prem. they usually respond within a few hours after i contact them and it has been a day already.

i do not think i did anything to get my self banned. i dont use profanity in chat or anything of the sorts
so my question is...what if i have subscriptions on the account, will they be cancelled? because i would hate to be paying for something that i can not even log onto

 

1: If you lost EP, and can't log in, you were banned for Pushing.
2: If you had subscriptions, they are currently still running, and the time you're banned will still count on them, so you're missing out on what you paid for.

 

What is pushing?
if its killing some one too many times then yea i was pushing a bot

i dont see why i should be banned for popping someone who was using a software to cheat their way through the game...

any way about the subscriptions...what i meant to ask is will they keep charging my account after the old subscriptions run out? i think it would be pretty unlawful to charge someone and then not allow that person to play. esp if they amount of money being charged is a lot.

 

New Pushing System

Bot or lower level player - there is no rewards gained for killing a player multiple times over and over... next time just pop him a few times and move on. Yes, this system is not perfect but I understand the reason for its inception. Sorry for your ban - they should have a warning flash on screen or something just before an account is banned.

 

Yes, it will continue to charge you.

 

I guess since it was only a 2 week ban they can still charge me, but what would happen if it was a permanent ban? they would have to stop charging right?
In my eyes if they didn't stop then it would be robbery

 

If you are perma banned the account is technically deleted so yeah, it would stop, but if you get a 2 week ban and its about to charge you tell support to cancel all payments. Legally they'd have to do it.

No problem. Although i'm not 100% sure if i'm right about payments being cancled for a short account ban, you'd need an answer from an Admin on that.

 

personally I would call my financial institution and cancel my card, that's the only way you can be sure of not being charged for something you can not use

Well if you are permanently banned then you won't be charged since your subscription won't renew.

It's pushing, you found a ship that won't fight back, so you're killing it and gaining points off of it. That's the moral of the story, simple.

 

Can i ask what part of pushing do you not understand, you have already asked the same question in another thread and been given clear answers and how the system picks it up. It as also been explained that the other player could also get a ban for pushing.
