[GI] Of happenings

Refractions is quite the strange sight sometimes. Or I lag out of it (I can understand why it happends, no problems here), or ^that^ happends, getting stuck in a limbo hybrid of 1-1/refrac map.
Both instances require me to use another ship to pull it out from the softlock. It's free, but kinda annoying when it happends, so... Why does the second senario above happen? Are both related to connection problems?

The second problem you pointing out at the picture, we can't see what happened until you upload them correctly. We are aware of players get stuck or get disconnected in the refraction zone. Team is currently working to find out what could cause the issue.

Ok, I think the image's fixed. I'ts really nothing major, just showing me on the coordenates 300/300, which should've killed me if i was on 1-1

 

I see, seems like there both related to the connection errors. Server can get overload if many people jump to the same instance at the same time, and that what can cause lag spikes like you showed on the screen. I would recommend to clear your browser cache once a while and make sure you are not running any background software that can use your broadband connection, cpu/ram. Darkorbit as a game need to use your computer resources, and if you playing on low spec computer/laptop with many programs running in the background that what can cause as well.

If you will experience those issues many many times, I would recommend to contact support so they can have closely look at your account may be there could be a individual issue they will be able to repair.
