[GI] Overriding Microsoft Edge keys

    Hi- new computer with microsoft Edge. Game looks great in it, but I can't get DO to override the Browsers key assisgnments for the 'F' keys. I use a number of them for ship functions, and in Maxthon browser, DO overrides the browsers assignments, but in Edge, pressing F1 for example, still opens a new window per Edge instead of picking a different laser. How do I fix that?

    Well. I had similar issue. just I got a New MAC. That does not have Function buttons at all :)
    So I went in to the game. Went settings on top of screen. And in the keyboard menu. Done that my second row of buttons. Are QWER and so on. So I do not need F1 or F2 and so on.

    You can do same :)

    so you think I should just move everything down one row on the keyboard huh? I'll have to move a number of things from below to other spots too and make game play adjustments to get used to the new settings. not really a fix, but a doable workaround.

    Hello KJFJustice,

    Unfortunately Microsoft edge browser has own keyboard shortcuts, which as far as I know can't be changed and can't be overwrite in game. I would recommend to change the keys in game as SmieBOX mentioned or change browser. Do you have further questions ?
