[GI] Payment center still broken

  1. I have had further contact from support. Mostly telling me issue closed. It seems to me Bigpoint no longer wants me as a customer. I have tried, several times to explain that I believe my payment information that is on file ( with Bigpoint) has somehow become corrupt. All I get is "error message", with no code my preferred payment has know idea why the transactions crash. As, they have told me there is no problem on there end and my transactions should go through.

    -dino-dave-, I am sorry that you are continuing to have issues in the payment area. Typically Payment issues are only handled by Support and players are directed there exclusively. Have you tried a different browser to see if the issue is present there as well?

  3. I have tried about everything I can think of and also a few suggestions from my payment source. Like I said, I think that the information Bigpoint payment center has is corrupt. The payment, process seems to end just as my transaction is about to be approved. And, if payment support would bother to actually provide some support, instead of continuously using there form e-mails and closing the issue, there would probably be a solution to the issue by simply purge the data they have on me and reentering the correct data.

    Still no answer from support, I am beginning to wonder if they have gone into hibernation.

    -dino-dave-, Unfortunately there is little we can do here in Forums regarding this particular issue. Payment Support is the only place that can provide any support on this. If you have tried different browsers and come up with the same issue, I do not believe there is any more information we can provide here. I would continue to provide as much information to Support as possible to see if they can narrow down the issue, and please be patient as they review the information and pass the information to the respective departments for review.

  5. Found out what is wrong with payment center. Apparently, Bigpoint does not like it when they cannot control the account that you use. That is the only reason they would say "If you want to use your Paypal account you must change your payment source." To this I ask why? Big point cannot provide a good reason for this. None of the other gaming companies I do business with have a problem with "My payment source." I guess Bigpoint does not appreciate my business. Since I cannot take full advantage of my remaining premium account I request that I be reimbursed The one year premium that is left on it.

    Oh forgot to mention the reason Bigpoint does not respond to complaints sent to the Payment center. I was told by Battlestar Galactica another Bigpoint game the payment center was no longer considered a valid contact and that is why it took so long for them to get back with me.

    New Translation PAYMENT SUPPORT does not exist.

    -dino-dave-, Unfortunately again there is little that can be done here in Forums as we do not have access to that information. If it is a payment source issue, have you tried removing the payment source and re-added it? If this does not help I am unsure of any further assistance we can provide.

    its a shame there isnt a way to contact payment support directly, like our main support, as i had a similar problem on sunday. i waited for MHH , added my uri once MHH came online , clicked the button to buy with my credit card .. and i had over triple in my bank to what my purchase was so i know i way more than enough on my payment side to cover my transaction, yet when i went to buy, i got and error message to. all i now have as options of payment are ukash, paysafe and bank transfer options. all options have been wiped. i find this insulting. i have paid and played for over 6 years and now have been pushed out of payments ? ive never been blacklisted, never owed any money or defaulted on any payments to support and all of a sudden they take away my card option to pay? biggest insult yet on this game with no way of actually being able to discribe our problem to anyone in payment support . i know you say you cant do anything in forums, but forums is a place where players can at least make their problems known for other players to see at a glance that they arent alone if they are also having a similar problem.
