    I think there is a general instruction that tells all servers today there is a special sale for a design. The only one of mine I found had one was the Turkish server for the Hezarfen.

    Hezarfen is in store always at turkish servers and it wont make the limited time logo to design shop.

    What i believe is that they will put surgeon to sale during mhh.

    It would be nice if they would say why and having it on for 2 days just for a mhh special is ridiculous.

    Hezarfen is turkish servers-only exclusive design that is sold in payment section all the time and this design never causes the symbol.
