    Hi so i have enough pilot points for tractor beam 2 but it is not allowing me to upgrade that skill. I already also have all the requirements for tractor beam 2. i have 5 pp in detonation 2(detonation1 and detonation2) Is this just a bug or am i missing something.

    Detonation1 is not part of the requirement :)

    Detonation 2
    Shield mech
    or Greed

    are the requirement I hope it helps you on your question
