    i just purchased 10 pink masque booty keys and im trying to open a pink box but it says i need to buy the keys!!!
    i checked in my hanger and it says i have 10 pink keys so why wont it let me open the box?????

    There is a glitch that not all items being purchased are transferring to the client. You might try to refresh your computer (clear browser history, delete flash and java cache, restart modem/router and computer) and if this does not work add another ticket to the overloaded Support tickets so they can look at your account (make sure you send your Ship Name, Server, User ID, and IP address). This is just another reason people should not be spending money on this game, if you can not buy it in the client you are not guaranteed to have it show up there, even though the Hangar shows you have it does not mean it is available in the client, reports have been made since the launch of Hangar System just so random not being looked at as a glitch or bug yet.
