[GI] Players using bots

I Have raised this subject before and I know that DO are trying to erase these players from the game.
This player has the same ship as I and no doubt we have similar equipment.
Firstly when I lock on to fire nothing happens.
Within a nano second bang I am gone.
I know from wars and 1V1 fights this does not happen unless something is drastically wrong.

If i want to report the issue is this the place for it or do I need to report directly to DO?
I have the players name etc

 

Good luck your wasting your time DO doesn't care about botters they have allowed them to use bots for years now. Even videos have been sent in to support showing botters and some cheats and they always come up with a reason why they can't ban them. ie they spend money on DO there for no ban. One video i know of is a player that can pop your base and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it and I hear they say it's an internet problem but 20 bases a day for one player to pop with up to 15 members protecting a base is in my eyes abuse internet problem or not they are using it to their advantage and that's abuse.
