    Hi there

    Im having trouble wit hthe current prime day package offer, all my details are correct yet when I go to checkout via amazon pay all I get is an error (We're sorry, but there's a problem processing your payment from this website. Please contact the seller for assistance.) Any ideas? and yes im a prime member before you suggest that..

    I'm getting this also, tried filling out a support ticket but it requires a Transaction ID which there isn't because the transaction never happened.
