[GI] problem

    hey i just logged in, been in the hospital. but you got rid of my goli razer design why in the world?
    plus my razer nostro
    why cant we have them to they were my fav.

    Hello HereComesHell,

    The designs should still be there, but either aren't showing where they used to be or it's possible you may be missing the base ship (Goliath and Nostromo) so you cannot see the designs. Here is an FAQ which shows you how to find where the designs can be seen in the new ship customization / hangar.

    If you look and find the base ships missing, it is a known problem and will hopefully be resolved soon. It is one of the things the dev team is working to resolve. There are 2 posts in the Official Announcement section and another in the Tech Announcement section detailing the current known issues if you are interested in checking that out. Updates should post there as we get them.

    Do you have the base ships for the designs you are missing? Here is a chart showing which should show the base ship each design can be found on.

    There was a fix released this morning and a script run to return ships, though some may not show until after the server restart tonight. The Goli was mentioned specifically in the script (I confirmed my Goli is back as it should be), but the Nostromo wasn't mentioned. So we may need to pass this on up if yours isn't back after the restart.

    If you do not have the base ship, please give it another day then let us know.
