  1. I was asked to be patient and here it is a month later and STILL no update or fix for my half a million uris worth of pet protocols. And the best was 3 weeks in no update or fix and protocols go on sale lol. I'd like to have my uri back. If any other business did this they would be in court.

Hello Noobsbeware I am very sorry for your inconvenience with this issue, but be aware that support is being flooded with emails and issues and is extremely busy answering all of the players while also working on fixes to all of the issues. They are working as quick as they can to get these issues resolved. (it's not as simple as pressing a few buttons) Unfortunately the only thing the players can do at the moment is be patient with the people trying to fix these very complicated issues for all of the players.

    LOL @ this. All I hear people saying in game is that support is not answering anything.

    I wonder what would happen if I received uri on mega happy hour and then told DarkOrbit to be patient that I am trying to get them the payment.
     
  4. Sorry for the inconvenience, but keep in mind that there are 58 different servers and from each server support is probably getting 200+ emails if not more. But again they are doing the best they can to resolve the issues at hand.
