  1. I noticed the other day my Rank Points went backwards

I tend to keep track of stuff so this kind of stuck out and has been bugging me since

I track my daily Ship Kills and Rank Points.
Don't really pay too much attention to NPC kills.

Daily Login I copy these numbers.

    May 05.. Kills 63,433 Rank points-4,264,697
    May 06.. Kills 63,449 Rank points-4,265,983
    May 07.. Kills 63,496 Rank points-4,271,023
    May 08.. Kills 63,500 Rank points-4,269,521<-- Drop
    May 09.. Kills 63,505 Rank points-4,270,419
    May 10.. Kills 63,604 Rank points-4,278,622
    May 11.. Kills 63,717 Rank points-4,284,894

Now on the slow days "not many ship kills", I farm NPC's.. usually only because I've ran out of good ammo

I know to build Rank Points higher and faster I should be doing gates but meh I hate gates. Rank is not really my thing anymore, bots took that interest away long ago, but "Ship Kills" is.

Any one can explain how this "Drop" happens?

  2. Hello `°ƒµll·†Ħгô††lє°´

The ship you have activated when the rank points are calculated can give such a drop, vengeance gives 8x1000 points while Goliat gives 10x1000. And that's about what you lost that day.

Are you satisfied with the answer or do you need more assistance on this topic?

    Cheers

  3. Hmm, generally I park my ship for the night in either Tartarus or Surgeon but, I may have parked it as a Defcom. I use the Defcom for gate spins.

Might have just been tired that night and forgot to change the hanger.

    That explains it very well.

Thank you very much for the response.

    May close now.
