    Hello, I am wondering how long it takes support to get back to you on the weekends? Because they messaged me 5 min after i sent something to them and it wasn't on a weekend and now I sent something to them like 6 hours ago and they still haven't got back to me. Does anyone know why this is?

    -N7-², The initial message you received was an automatic response to let you know your ticket has been accepted by the system and entered into the queue. Support does try to answer all tickets in a timely fashion, but there are a limited number of people on the weekends, and some issues may require some testing or investigation which can extend the time it will take to respond. Please be patient as the members of the Support team work towards your ticket.

  3. Be advised that you can be dealing with a time difference when contacting support. DO is based out of Germany, so if you are in the US, it can be the next day or up to 3 days, personal experience, for you to get a tech response. This is not counting the weekend. On the weekend, there will be a greater difference due to the reduction of force on hand, you know, when more people are likely to play. LOL
