    Hello. why R-zone is not working? waiting 30min still cant join...

    There have been many threads about this issue and has been stated that we should avoid REFRACTIONS until D O states they have corrected the issues. You are going to have to send a ticket to SUPPORT to jump you out of the que to be able to play again.

    Welcome -DESA-,

    Tech team is aware of the problem of some instances not able to get into R-zone. I will pass the message forward and get some information for yous. Please be patient and hope tech team solve the problem as soon as possible. I would like to know your ID and exact time you trying to get into R-zone so I can pass it over.

    There was a long standing "Stuck In UBA/R-Zone" thread that was closed with a statement that the MODS could no longer assist with this and we needed to contact Support directly. Has something else changed since this notification?

    Hey HelpMeHelpYou,

    I'm not that long in EN team but as far as I know there was some updates rolled on EU side but I'm not sure if that was like the main fix... Tech team need as much info as possible to track the errors, like exact times when issue appear etc. I would like the players to send e-mail to support with detailed info - this will help us to track it down.
