[GI] R-zone

hi few quick questions about refractions

i know connecting to R-z has been a problem for awhile now (30+minute waits and still not connecting) and i wanted to know if its fixable or not. I saw 2 different threads where people said that you can try contacting support but then i also saw someone say that DO said we should stay away from it until further notice. im assuming its the latter is the answer but i just wanted some confirmation. Also following up on DO saying that we should stay away from it does that mean that its pretty much completely broken for everyone or just some people. The other thing i wanted to ask is if making it playable again is something that potentially going to happen in the near future (month or two) or should i just not expect it to be back up anytime soon ( >= 4 months)

honestly loved refractions so much that i started putting money back into the game and knowing how much bp loves making money i just wanted to say was pretty good way to get people to spend. hopefully knowing that will give more incentive to fix it

hope this wasnt too much of a repetitive thread tried to ask some new questions

Yes team is aware of the problem and the time of fix depend on how big the problem is. There is not much we can say at the moment most tech team is focused on server merge, this effect other updates to be delayed. The issues are not ignored and soon we should hear more.

I decided today that I will no longer attempt to connect to refractions.
Over the last 4 months I have attempted once a week to connect to refractions only to find myself stuck there every time.
Each time it takes me approximately 1 hour to get out. It's become too annoying to attempt it any longer....to much pain with no gain.
My advice if you have similar issues is to give up on it...just sayin.
