[GI] Saimon Rebellion Question

    Legend Spectrum Blueprint Box
    You can receive the blueprint for this design with a 0,015% chance from Saimon NPC. Once you pick this up, you will receive a recipe to create a “Legend Spectrum” design.

    My question, does this mean a .015% chance of getting the blueprint from a green booty box dropped by a NPC?

    Also if you should happen to get a blueprint it takes 500 scrap, which only drop at the rate of about 3 per hour? That's shooting every NPC in site.
    I believe I understand why it's called a Legend. :)

    There's your answer "You can receive the blueprint for this design with a 0,015% chance from Saimon NPC". It says Saimon NPC and not Green Booty.
