[GI] same thing every time

    It seems that everytime a restart happens and I'm in game, it takes anywhere from 10 min. to a few hours before I can log back into game page. Now this is nothing new it's been going on for a long time. Before the failed mergers that robbed a lot of players of in game benefits. Anyone else have having these same issues?
