[GI] Ships on sale

    Ships were on sale for a good 6 hours, if that.. us1 didnt get the full 24 hrs and I couldnt even buy a ship, what a joke.

    I don't see any ships not available for sale, (that have not been available recently) so please explain further what the issue you are having is.

    Tartarus was on sale yesterday (as was every other ship) for a short amount of time instead of a full day, idk if it was a bug or they just did it for a short amount of time.

    Hello wghardy2,

    The sale which was on yesterday was a timed sale. It had the small countdown timer at the top if the ships on sale indicating how long they would remain on sale. Below is an example of the booty key sale today, the time remaining when I grabbed this pic was 517 minutes and 37 seconds:

    To the best of my knowledge, the ships remained on sale for the same amount of time on all servers. Hopefully the sale will appear again in the near future, but the flash sales are not usually announced ahead of time so we have no way to know when they are coming.

    Do you, the original poster, have any further questions on this matter or may we close the thread?

    Same thing happened to me on global america 3, probably had somethign to do with the fact that the timer when I first looked was at '4400:00" or something insane like that.

    On GE1, it showed the sale would be going on for something like 4,100 minutes, close to 67 hours. Maybe it was a glitch, but I was looking forward to this sale going on this long, in order to make enough uri to buy the Tartarus. There were probably several others who were as well.
