[GI] shop design payment problem

If you made the purchase and did not get it you are going to need to send the receipt information (from you email) to the Payment Support as they are the only people who are going to be able to help you. You may need to have transaction report for you method of payment available also to help prove the purchase. Things do happen when doing transactions online but the nice thing is that Payment Support is legally bound to verify the transaction is correct or refund the expenditure.

    Click on Uridium on Back Page main screen.
    Select one of the packages or "Subscriptions" tab
    This sends you to a NEW Window where you
    Select "support" top right of page
    and give ALL the information requested (parts of this form are filled in form the website but things like Real Name, email address, Payment Method need to be typed or selected and then a new set of boxes come up when you select Payment and anything with (*) needs to be filled in to send message and it also allows you to attach files for additional proof of purchase.
