    Does Cruelty I and II increase honor overall or just NPC/player kills? For example. Does it increase by 25% (if both maxed out) the honor I get when finishing Galaxy gates alongside with boosters or just the honor received for the individual kills?

    the honor boost applies to ALL the honor gained, so gg aswell

    Are you absolutely sure? 25% extra boost that can stack up with BO1, BO2, DLB boosters on missions and gates is pretty OP. Are you sure the 25% ins´t only for each individual kill?
