[GI] SKYLAB

Has something happened in the skylab settings that I have missed.
When leaving the game my Skylab shuts down this never occurred before.
Prior when I returned modules would have produced.
But not now.

 

Can you expand on the problem?
Also, is the skylab fully upgraded?
Are you finding that prom seems to never catch-up when transferring it on a regular basis?

All the collectors are at max (20)Along with solar, Storage, Basic, and Solar.
Prometid and Duranium at 20 Promerium 18.

Seprom 0nly 13 so as far as I am concerned the Seprom should build quick. However as I first stated the Prometid shuts down when the feeders Endurium and Prometium are at level 20.

Do you have anyone in the household who uses your computer? The only thing I see that could be causing this problem is someone accessing your account and turning them off. I have 5 accounts and all Skylabs are level 20 and I have never had issues with them shutting down on their own. I do shut down different items to build stock to transfer for daily quests occasionally, or buy credit robots for the Prometium Collector.

Your production can be shut down when there is not enough resources to produce further resources. Make sure all your refinery/modules have green light on , If you still experience that your skylab "shut down" and you cleared your browser cache etc. Please contact the game support, they will be able to assist you further.

No I do not. All the above I have done. For some reason and I have done nothing nor has any one else it is working ok now.
