[GI] Small but constant 1 second screen freezes

    after playing the game for a while, and my game running smooth, it soon starts to do 1 second screen freezes. i found the cause of the freeze ups, at least for my own game anyway, was caused by the chat room filling up and being busy. say for example, i was in global. everything was fine but all of a sudden my game starts to stutter. the freezes/stutters always occurred when someone added a line in the chat room. the fix i found for this, that worked for me, was to either switch to a different chat tab or to refresh the chat by doing a full re-log of the game screen, or to click the small icon on the top right side of the chat box.
