[GI] Smartbomb, PLD rockets, What else is failing

    Was in a fight today.
    When using smartbomb, I didn't see the usual flash, and I didn't see any damage dealt to enemy. Just the counter of available bombs goes down.
    Also when shooting pld rockets, you don't see the scrambling signal over the enemy player anymore. So that probably doesn't work either.

    Anybody else with the same experiences?
