[GI] Special Rewards Weekend Issue

  1. Hello,

    I just recently finished my Delta gate and received 1 Vanquisher Goliath Design. However, i did already have this design in my inventory. The only design i did not have was the surgeon which is what i was hoping i would get. It says on the event description, under 'Goliath Suprise Pack' that "Should you already own one of these, you should not receive an identical design". So why did i receive a Vanquisher?

    Ancient, that makes no sense. Delta doesnt give Vanquisher on regular gate completion. The event has clearly started and should not be giving Vanquishers. Same thing happened to me. I wrote a ticket however.

    • Delta Gate: Goliath surprise pack
      • Goliath Surprise Pack: One Centaur, Peacemaker, Sovereign, Vanquisher, or Surgeon Goliath design. (Please keep in mind that should you already own one of these, you will not receive a duplicate identical design.)
      Anyway, to the OP, this is a bug that has been reported but hasn't been fixed yet, seems to be a low priority issue :/
     
  6. There has been many posts about this matter it is a error that they are currently working on so for now if you receive the same design you already have the game will give you 10k uri instead.
     
  7. Actually they stopped doing this for this reward. They know people would complain if they were not awarded a Ship for a reward so they are allowing the system to show the duplicate, so people are not flooding them with "I did not receive my reward", however, these are CHANCE rewards and there is no guarantee you will receive a Ship you do not already OWN.
     
  8. The event stated that you will not recieve a duplicate design, instead you will recieve the design you do not own.
    So you are incorrect.
    Yes, we got the 10k uridium.
    But that does not pay back the uridium we wasted to recieve the design we didnt own by building delta.
     
  9. Please SHOW me where they have stated this as it has NEVER been in any of the OFFICIAL notices of the Event. They have only said you would not be given a duplicate ship (as the new Hangar does not allow for ownership of more than one of each ship).

    They have admitted it is a BUG that has allowed you to be given Ships/Designs already owned and did Compensate the first few times they ran the Special Rewards Weekend but I have seen where people have said they have not received the compensation of late.

    Yeah I am a level 12 UFE and 16 UFE on us3 and us2 servers where I spend little if any money in the game. It has been an issue with the Green Booty Chests giving the Designs and being duplicated so they gave the players a 10K Uridium compensation for the Duplicated Ship/Design (look for these issues back in May and June and see the postings showing the compensation in the "Balance" log of the Uridium Page) and then it also applied to the first couple of times they ran this Special Reward and I have read recently they are no longer applying the compensation for the Reward.

    What is in it for me is KNOWLEDGE about the game, I am also smart enough to see that these Special Weekends are nothing but a revenue generator and as such D O cares less if you are happy or not as long as you are building the Gates and using the Uridium you purchased they got their money out of you.

    What is in it for you?
    Probobly you are one of the UFE players who has everything and you come here to fight against new players who were trying to get a design of their dreams.

    -»Mâžèš«-, Please check your log book to see if you were awarded anything in place of the ship design. If you have not, then I must direct you to Support as there is nothing we can do her in Forums regarding this.
