    Does then evasion also apply to PvE or just Pvp?
    Because when I use it it doesn't seem to make a difference in PvE.

    It does apply to the PVP and PVE as well to the enemy CBS's. The big difference you will notice when you max out Evasive Maneuvers I and II. Do you have any questions in this matter or shall I lock the thread?

    E.M I and II are maxed but I don't seem to notice any difference in PvE. I will examine again more closely but, I don't see any misses during hit count.

    It's just depends hard to tell when exactly you will get miss shots from enemy, to be fair if you good in maths you could work this out :) Do you have any questions in this matter ?
