[GI] Stolen Account

My account on Global Europe 1 got stolen. You may think "This guy didn't even write to support and comes to forum." uh-oh. That's not the case here, I wrote to support, but still, after 6 days I haven't recieved any answers. So if someone here can help me, I'd really appreciate it!
I'd write the login nickname too, but I'd prefer not to, unless I'm told to do so.

send them another ticket. but you have to know that they might not return it to you. the accounts i have lost did not get returned to me . BP is going to say its not there responsibility that your account got stolen. but sure it is security problem. they do not amid to that. and leave you with nothing i really hope you get it back. let me know if you get it back.

wont happen my friend it happened to me account deleted after i went through support they wont help u wots so ever FULL STOP unless they used your credit card check now my friend fingers crossed

support will not return a ship ever. best you can hope for is to have the ship taken from the sorry SOB who stole it. remember change passwords. dont use facebook log in on anything,and use specific email for this game (not one you use for anything else) and dont name email the shipname at hotmail or g mail or any other free email service get creative. A good way to choose a email name and pass word is to try a random car license place from your school or work parkinglot. Mix it up with shift key. good luck with your new account if you keep playing
