[GI] stuck in loop

hey i can't log onto GE1 or any other server on my main account because upon login it redirects me to the test server but i'm guessing it's been shut down now? so i'm just stuck in that loop or whatever you call it and i can't get onto my server? could someone move my ship to GE1 and stop me from geting stuck in that loop? thanks

 

Need to create a ticket with support to redirect you to a regular server. Have to remember any time using the Test Server to return to your MAIN server before logging out. Log in always directs you to the last server you were on and if that was the TEST then it has to be open to log in again.

 

how do i create a ticket when i can't log in, do you mean on this account?

 

Bottom of the log in page has a SUPPORT link click it and it populates with information from your account and if you have ever communicated with them and saved the auto-response it has all the information you need to verify the account if needed. I had the issue last time they did the Customization Test and was in the loop for 10 hours as the server kicked me to the login page instead of into the server.

 

okay thanks for helping me, i hope i don't miss double gate rewards weekend as that's supposed to be compensation for not being able to play the last couple of days because of lag, so what compensation will i get then lol

 

Like I say it only took about 10 hours for them to get to me and there were a bunch of us kicked out instead of being sent to the server.
